In wake of cancel culture, Jeopardy allows contestants to give what they feel should be the answer.

In an attempt to keep with the times, the 1960-era TV game show, Jeopardy, will now allow contestants to cancel the question and answer with whatever they feel should be correct. This drastic change comes in part due to falling viewer counts, and in anticipation of post-modernizing Jeopardy to attract the Millenial generation.

Along with the addition of canceling questions, contestants will now only be asked to study history coming from the context of the last 6 months. The penalty for answering incorrectly will also be removed to avoid offending anyone based on their level of understanding when compared among peers. The producer of Jeopardy voiced his approval of the decision, stating, "We hope providing a safer and more constructive environment will lead to the return of what Jeopardy once was, while ensuring everyone has an equal chance and opportunity to voice their prefered answers."
